A&R / CURATION INTERNSHIP

We are seeking a passionate A&R / Curation Intern to work closely with the team and assist our label operations.

Internship Term: 4 months

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Refreshing and curating our Spotify playlists weekly

- One of the main responsibilities for the position would be to curate and refresh our Spotify playlists on a weekly / bi-weekly basis. Our playlists cover a variety of moods & genres. Refer to our playlists here.

- A lot of the music will be provided to you for filling into the lists, out of which you would need to sort each track as per their vibe and add them to the respective playlist(s)

- A major portion of the discovery should be made from Releases Radar every week to discover fresh music from artists we already follow / listen to.

• Scouting and reaching out to fresh artists for potential releases on the label

- Another focus for the role would be to discover and approach potential artists for releases on the label. This would involve emailing them or reaching out to them through any other means, sourcing demos from them for the label and develop an ongoing long-term relationship with them

* Listening to and Shortlisting Potential Demos

- You will be given access to our Demo email to listen through our demo submissions. You would need to shortlist potential demos for the label from the received submissions.

• Arranging 3-4 curated mixes a month for our YouTube channel

- These mixes can be sourced from your network of producers, and can vary across genres. You can go through our previous mixes for reference.
